請教圖論的問題

1.How many nonisomorphic simple graphs are there with 4 vertices?

Ans：邊數為0時，個數為1。邊數為1時，個數為1。為何是1呢？可否說明一下長什麼樣子？

2.V={1,2,3,....,n}，simple graph個數？

Ans：老師上課時說是取2個點為1邊，所以是2^C(n,2)，可是題目沒說Loop-free，1個點的迴圈不為simple graph嗎？
